Camping

Players will need to bring their own tents and camping equipment, and we will have an IC and an OC camping space available. There are some bunk beds which will be reserved for accessibility needs, particularly if electric hookup is required. There are plumbed toilets and showers on site that are open 24 hours a day.

There is hot water provided in the buildings on site, which will be game spaces, welfare and crew facilities.

The game will be running in October, so the weather may be cold or wet. We will have dry spaces available and places to dry clothes, but you should be prepared to continue gameplay regardless of weather. Firepits are permitted on site as long as they are off the ground.

If you would prefer to book a hotel room, there are hotels nearby at:

The game will be catered from Friday night through to Sunday morning, starting with dinner on Friday and ending with breakfast on Sunday. Tea and coffee, as well as other drinks will be provided, as well as a small table of snacks, and we will take all dietary requirements into account.
